Embroidery is by far one of our most popular decoration styles, adding a touch of texture and professionalism to your branded apparel and accessories.
At IMS, we begin by digitizing your logo, mapping it out for our embroidery machines to ensure precision and accuracy.
Embroidered logos typically look best on polos, jackets, woven shirts, caps, and bags, but this versatile style of decoration can be applied to virtually any apparel or accessory. From hats to bags, we've embroidered just about every style on our site!

How Is Embroidery Priced?
Stitch Count
Size matters in embroidery! Larger designs with a higher stitch count generally incur higher costs compared to smaller, simpler designs with fewer stitches.
Design Complexity
The intricacy and complexity of your design directly impact the pricing. Elaborate designs with intricate details require more time, effort, and stitches, thus increasing the overall cost.
Location & Placement
The placement of the embroidery on your garment can also influence pricing. A single logo on the chest may be more economical than multiple placements on sleeves, collars, or pockets, which require additional setup and precision.
Thread Type
The choice of thread plays a significant role in both the appearance and cost of the embroidery. Whether it's silky rayon or shimmering metallic thread, the type of thread used can affect the final price of your embroidered item.

What is Logo Digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital code that can be read by today’s advanced embroidery machines. The image file of your logo is a starting point. The digitized design created will be in a format that only embroidery machines can read and use. This digital code provides the instructions to the embroidery machines operating system which, in turn, tells the embroidery machine how to sew out the design.

There is a one-time fee to set up your logo for embroidery. The setup charge is based on the complexity of the design and the stitch count. This fee typically ranges from $40 – $60. With our in-house expertise we have the ability to set up text for as low as $15 and names and monograms for only $8.
