Brand Specialists - Promotional Product and Logo Apparel Sales (full and part-time openings)

We're looking for enthusiastic, conceptual thinking sales professionals with 3 - 5 years experience for prospecting, presenting and closing business with companies and organizations nationwide. Establish and grow relationships with corporate decision makers and expand business within existing accounts throughout the Midwest for logo apparel & promotional products. Our brand specialists are responsible for the day-to-day client interface selling complete marketing packages including screen printing, dtg, embroidery, collateral printing and promotional items. Successful candidates will possess the ability to generate new business and manage the sales cycle, prospecting, forecasting and account development while showing creativity and detail with excellent communication skills. Learning the products we sell and offering ideas and suggestions as a trusted consultant to our customers and prospects. IMS provides an easy and efficient order management system, art, marketing and product research support, invoicing and collection. Part-time and full-time openings.

Brand Specialist - Inside Sales (part-time)

Performs prospecting, list building, contacts and CRM work as it pertains to our industry. Excellent interpersonal, follow up, customer service and phone skills a must. Establish and grow relationships via phone and internet with business decision makers and expand business within existing accounts throughout the US for logo apparel & promotional products. Our brand specialists are responsible for research, prospecting and client interface selling the products we carry including screen printing, embroidery, printing and promotional items as well as the customer service and follow up necessary to ensure our work is delivered on time as ordered. Successful candidates will possess the ability to generate new business and manage the sales cycle, prospecting, forecasting and account development while showing creativity and detail with excellent communication skills. Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing your time efficiently and effectively, learning the products we sell and offering ideas and suggestions as a consultant to our customers and prospects. Part-time position. (3 – 5 years experience in the Promotional Products, Advertising or Direct Mail Marketing industry preferred).

Embroidery Machine Operators

Flexible hours, 2+ years experience with commercial embroidery machines. Amaya experience a plus++. Must be detail oriented with great attention to quality and be able to trouble shoot and learn new processes, procedure and techniques. Ability to work within deadline constraints is necessary. Previous embroidery experience is a MUST.

DTG Print Operator

Responsible for setting up and printing all print on-demand work. In addition, this person will maintain the print on demand equipment, setup new designs to be print ready in Photoshop, and help out in the warehouse as needed by the Operations Manager. Previous Direct to Garment experience is a MUST.

Brand Specialist - Internship Opportunity (part-time) - Business/Marketing

Our brand specialist Interns will research, prospecting and perform client interface selling the products we carry including screen printing, embroidery, printing and promotional items for businesses as well as the customer service and follow up necessary to ensure our work is delivered on time as ordered. Interns will learn to generate new business and manage the sales cycle, prospecting, forecasting and account development while showing creativity and detail with excellent communication skills. The right candidate will be capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing your time efficiently and effectively, learning the products we sell and offering ideas and suggestions as a consultant to our customers and prospects through phone calls, emails, and developing social media campaigns.
